A win at Cuyahoga Valley Church is defined by how effectively our ministries move people from our large environments into community groups.
CVC is getting so big, it’s easy to come and go without connecting with anyone. But relationships are important and add a richness to life. That’s why we put such a high emphasis on Community Group involvement. We believe that this small group setting is the best place for sustained life change to occur. In a small group, people study God's Word together and pray and care for one another. And when a group grows close, they naturally take care of each other and effective ministry happens.
GROUPS
COMMUNITY GROUPS are small groups of five to six couples or six to eight individuals who meet in someone's home for fellowship, Bible study, prayer and accountability. They are closed groups with a commitment to meet together for 12-24 months. We try to match up geographic location, along with life stage and schedule preferences.
FRESH START is a 6-week small group environment where people can explore faith and experience community. Check the weekly program for the next session.
